In response to your recent request for voluntary reporting of additional occupational radiation exposure data, as outlined in Generic Letter No. 94-04 [ Reference (b)], North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (krth Atlantic) provides the information on the enclosed 3.5" PC diskette. The diskette contains two files named Seabrook.HDR and Seabrock.DET. The files were created on 12/30/94 and are in an ASCII fonnat as requested in Generic Letter 94-04, Attachment 1.
