BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - AUXILIARY BUILDING FUEL HANDLING ZONE VENTILATION FANS - BLRD-50-438/81-35, BLRD-50-439/81 SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on May 6,1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN BLP 8111. This was followed by our interim reports dated June 5 and December 14, 1981, June 11, and September 28, 1982, and February 16, 1983 and our final report dated August 3,1983 Below is our supplemental report.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on January 3,1984, the date of December 30, 1983 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our final report was not met. The necessary modifications to the heating coil supports cannot be made because the coils cannot be deenergized until winter conditions have subsided. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by June 15, 1984.
