APPLICATION FOR AMENDilENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC")
holder of Facility Operating License N0. DPR-66, hereby requests that the Technical Specifications setforth in Appendix B to that License be deleted.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attach-ment A to this Application. A safety evaluaticn is set forth in Attach-ment B.
The proposed change does riot involve a significant change in the types or a significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility. The change involves deleting Appendix B The Environmental Technical Specification, and is in accordance with 10CFR170.22.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix B to Facility Operating License No. DPR-66 be deleted.
