Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/83-01, dated February 11, 1983, it was stated that the valve supplier, BIF, would complete the valve modifications by July 1, 1983. However, BIF personnel were unable to be onsite until July 18, 1983 and will now complete their modifications by August 1.5, 1983.
