Dear Mr. Haynes,
Pursuant to Title 10 Part 50.54(p) certain changes have been to the R.E.
Ginna, Unit Number 1, Security Plan.
Forwarded herewith are revised pages: 1:11, 14:1, Index to the list of appendices and Engineering Drawing Number 33013-688 Rev. 6 (Appendix 6).
In addition, we are enclosing new letters of agreement received from the new Troop Commander, Troop "E",
New York State Police and the newly elected Sheriff of Wayne County (Appendix number 4).
The changes that have been made to the Security Plan are primarily administrative in nature and therefore do not degrade or decrease the effectiveness of security measures at Ginna Station.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure per Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
