Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-54 was to have been submitted by July 16, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (pursuant to T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.3.1, "As a minimum, the Reactor Trip System instrumentation channels and interlocks of Table 3.3-1 shall be operable with response times as shown in Table 3.3-2", which was violated on June 18, 1982. At this time, investigation of the incident and preparation of a report are not yet completed. The report will now be submitted by July 27, 1982.
