" Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assemblies" Gentlemen:
Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2) has reviewed IE Bulletin 82-04 titled " Deficiencies in Primary Containment Electrical Penetration Assem-blies" for applicability to BVPS-2.
Our review indicates that Bunker Ramo electri-cal penetration assemblies are not used in BVPS-2, nor are they planned to be installed in any BVPS-2 safety-related systems.
The electrical penetration assem-blies for BVPS-2 are supplied by Westinghouse. This information is supplied to you in response to Item Sa of the Bulletin, which states that if no Bunker Ramo elec-trical penetration assemblies which use the hard epoxy module design are installed or planned to be installed in safety-related systems, no further action is required. Therefore, this is our final response to IEB 82-04.
