Portions of the Appendix to the testimony are not available because-a family emergency for one of these witnesses has consumed all of his time during the past week.
The Power Authority and Con Edison, therefore, seek permission to file late a completed Appendix.
In any event, this Appendix, which will be filed within the next several days, merel'y reproduces a' set of tables depicting a detailed analysis, the results of which are already.in the body of the testimony.
