The referenced letters committed the Supply System to respond to the subject noncompliances by July 30, 1982 and the potential 10CFR50.55(e) by July 23, 1982. Responses to these items have been forwarded by the A/E to the Supply System for review. However, due to the nature of the deficiencies and the complexity of the associated corrective actions, further analysis and clarification is required.
