Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) provide incremental funding in
~
the amount of $90,000 thereby increasing total obligations from $220,000 to
$310,000 and (2) to revise the labor rates for the remaining two months of the contract. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Under Section B.5 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988) the first sentence of paragraph (b) is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$310,000.00."
2.
Under Section B.3 - SCHEDULE OF ITEMS, YEAR 1-BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR SERVICES, the Regular Hours and Overtime Hours Unit Price Columns are revised to read as follows:

$16.15" The Contractor hereby agrees that the estimated hours for each labor category remain the same for the Secretary III, Accounting Clerk IV and Typist II classifications, and that the labor rates for these categories are in accordance with Wage Determination No. 86-1259(Rev.11), dated 9/19/91.
It is also agreed that the NRC shall not exercise the contracts first option year period, therefore the contract shall expire on January 3,1994. The new labor rates, as incorporated under this Modification No. 3, shall be in effect from November 1, 1993 through January 3, 1994. A downward adjustment in the estimated hours and total contract ceiling will be made under a separate modification to this contract.
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the contract ceiling amount of $436,906.30, remain unchanged.
A sumary of obligations for this contract, from the award date through the date of this action is given below:
