Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Annual Environmental Operating Report In accordance with the requirements of Environmental Technical Specification 5.6.1.a to Operating License DPR-21 and DPR-65 for Millstone Unit No. 1 and Unit No. 2, respectively, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby submits one (1) copy of the Annual Environmental Operating Report Part A:
Nonradiological, 1981. The 1981 report is titled, " Monitoring the Marine Environ-ment of Long Island Sound at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Waterford, Connecticut."
NNECO also wishes to incorporate by reference the subject report onto Docket No. 50-423 as part of the proceedings for Millstone Unit No. 3 for which Construction Permit No. CPPR-113 has been issued.
