- ~ ST-22 Pressum Asgulator i TTl-17: Status: Closed Pressure regulator failed Invel 2 criteria for incrmental regulation.
Operation of the systen through numerous actual plant transients has been satisfactory.- Engineering has evaluated data collected during plant power maneuvers and determined that this Test Exception can be closed. The pressure regulator has provided reliable control and has not caused any operational problems. This 7bst Exception is closed..
SP-25C/D Main Stean Line Flow Instruneritation TFr3: Status: Closed The elbow tap flow versus delta P curves are not within + 5% of the design ;
curves. Elbow tap flow data was taken during power ascelision following the ;
Refueling Outage (RF-1). General Electric has evaluated this data and !
agreed that- this level 2 test exception does not impact safe, full power :'
operation. Engineering has evaluated field calibration changes- and detennined that no changes are required. The present calibration provides appropriate indication and control and is proven to be reliable. This 1bst '
Exception is closed.
SP-30C Recirculation Systen Perfonnance 7Fe3: Status: Closed The Flow Control Valve mismatch that existed was o'uced fran 14% to 7% and the core and drive flow shortfalls have been resolvec'. Evaluation of data obtained during plant power maneuvers has led to tle conclusion that the grtem is acceptable as is. New data has shown the M ratio values to be acceptable. This is attributed to re-calibration of associated instruments. This Test Exception is closed.
