Dear Pr Carter,
I live, with my wife and two youne children, in Moheran Lake,Westchester County, about six miles from the Indian Point Nuclear racility.
It has been brought to my attention that hearings into the' safety of Indian Point 's two functiolning plants are to be held in the near future.
I am very concerned about these plants. My wife was pregnant at the time of the floodinr indident at Indian Point #2 in October,1080, and I was madder than hell that even after Three Vile Island, the management saw fit to inf orm me, and my wife, *WO 'GEvS af ter the event had occurred, and *1REE DAYS after they knew about it. Why should I believe anything I hear from the people who operate the plants?
I would like to request the right to make a
" limited hppearance statement", orally, to the review board.
The best time for me would be in the evening hours, if that is possible.
