In reviewing the documents filed in this proceeding, we noted your recent letter.to the Secretary of the NRC in which you request the opportunity to make a linited appearance at the Comanche Peak prehearing conference scheduled for December 1,1981.
In a " Notice of Evidentiary ifearing and Prehearing Conference" dated September 17, 1981, the presiding Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in this proceeding set forth the procedure for naking-a linited appearance (at pages 4-5).
A copy of that notice and a copy of an "Anended Notice of Evidentiary Hearing and Prehearing Conference (Change of Location)," November 4,1981, are enclosed for your information.
