The purpose of this letter is to correct an error in reference e).

In the second paragraph we stated in part, " Consequently, we intend to staff each back shift and weekend shift with one Health Physics Technician and will au p e t this coverage with ten additional Health Physics personnel having the requisite capabilities within approximately 60 minutes of identifying a need for their presence." This sentence should have read

" fourteen additional Health Physics personnel" instead of " ten additional Health Physics personnel". We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
