- SQRD-50-328/81-41 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Celenjak on June 5, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR SQN NEB 8128. Our final report was submitted on July 6, 1981.
In our final report TVA committed to revise and issue EN DES-EP 2.07 by September 11, 1981. As discussed with Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on September 11, 1981 EN DES-EP 2.07 will not be forinally issued until October 23, 1981.
