BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - TOLERANCE FOR TUBULAR STEEL CABLE TRAY HANGERS - BLRD-50-438/81-47, BLRD-50-439/81 SEVENTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak on July 16, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 1478. This was followed by our interim reports dated August 14 and November 9, 1981 and January 21, April 14, May 24, and July 26, 1982.
We expect to submit our next report by March 17, 1983 As a result of TVA's investigations to determine the cause of this deficiency, additional related deficiencies have been discovered. Con-sequently, since the disposition of the deficiencies cited in NCR 1478 have already been approved by TVA, NCR 2056 is being initiated to document the additional deficiencies and is to be included as part of this 50.55(e) item.
TVA will specify the cause and the actions required to prevent recurrence when the disposition is complete on both NCR's.
