VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - REVISION 28A Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed clarifications to the Surry Power Station Physical Security Plan. Commitments have been reincorporated into the plan in accordance with a teleconference on May 24,1993 between Ms. O. M. Masnyk of the NRC Region 11 office and Mr. G. A. Wilson of our Security Department and in accordance with your letter dated May 28,1993.
Commitments affecting the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation have been reincorporated into the plan in accordance with a teleconference on June 18,1993 between Mr. R. B. Manili of the NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and Mr. M. D. Holdswor1h of our Security Depar1 ment.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b), additional minor corrections have been included.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
