This letter forwards Licensee Event Report 81-20/1T-0 required to be submitted within 14 days pursuant to Millstone Unit 2 Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.8.h, erro s discovered in the accident analysis that could have permitted operation in a manner less conservative than assumed in the analysis.
An additional two copies of the report are enclosed.
