u This confirms the arrangements made between Mr. R. L. Gill of Duke Power Company and Mr. M. B. Shymlock of my staff concerning an enforcement conference i
to be conducted in the Region II. office on February 22, 1990, at 9:30 a.m.
The purpose.of.the meeting will be to discuss the inoperability of the - 1B Containment Air Return Fan and the circumstances surrounding the opening of.the power lockout breaker to the fan.
The areas we would like to discuss are identified in the enclosure.-
1 Should you have any., questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
