g';j Intervenor's Motion is denied. The Board previously set flarch 19, 1981 as the date for filing motions for additional discovery. (Orders dated February 19, 1981 andDecember8,1980.) No change was ever made in this date.
The Staff and the Applicant have filed timely discovery requests. The State of Illinois has not.
It appears that the State of Illinois now wishes discovery on the original contentions and the additional contentions also admitted. The time for filing such discovery requests has passed and the State of Illinois has failed to make such requests, and it will not now be permitted to seek discovery in this proceeding.
