Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to R. W. Wright, l

NRC-CIE, Region II, on February 15, 1980. The first, second, and third 4 interim reports were submitted on March 13, May 19, and September 24, t 1980, respectively. In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this is the fourth interim report en the subject deficiency.

Additional welds of unacceptable quality were found and documented on NCR

! HNP-A-115. TVA's investigation into this condition is continuing and j repairs will be accomplished as required. We anticipate transmitting the final report on or before June 2,1981. If you have any questions,
