HADDAM NECK - DECRADED VOLTAGE (PART A) TER The purpose of
..is memorandum is to document the status of the Haddam Neck Degraded Voltage (Part A) TER.
After three years of communications with the licensee, Connecticut Yankee Power Company, a complete TER without " holes" or "open items" was. finally ready to go press.
All that was lacking was a verification of th'e proposed technical specifications that the licensee had given the PM for review. While I was attempting to get the verification we received information for " Adequacy of Station Distribution" - Part B, which caused many of the items in the Part-A TER to no longer be valid. A result of all this is that many man hours have been put fato the Part-A TER but a final product is still not published.
The present status is that the Part-A TER is in a hold status awaiting further information from the plant.
