Joseph M. Farley luclear Plant - Unit 2 Training for Mitigating Cote Damage (NUREG 0694 - Item II.B.4)
Gentlemen:
Alabama Power Company is scheduled to commence the previously approved training program for mitigating core damage on September 29, 1980. This program is scheduled to be completed mid November 1980. The training program will also become a part of the requalification program for Farley personnel.
Personnel attending the program will include licensed operators, licensed senior operators, assistant plant operators, emergency directors required by the emergency plan, shift technical advisors, and plant instrt:ctors associated with training for mitigating core damage. Assistant plant operators will be given applicable portions of this program required by their job function. Examinations will be given to all personnel attending the program.
Any personnel scoring less than 70% will be required to be reexamined until a grade of 70% is achieved.
