Contract No. NRC-39-88-211 (58-3-88-1-4018)
Modification No. 16 Page 2 This modification accomplishes the following:
1.
Exercises the 3rd Option Year; 2.
Extends lease of MV/20000 for the period March 1-31, 1991; 3.
Extends the contract period of performance; and 4.
Increases the contract ceiling by $3,894,907.00.
The following changes are hereby made:
1.
Section F.2, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD is revised by extending the contract period for performance of the third option year and shall read as follows:
"F.2 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD This contract shall commence on March 1,1988 and will expire on February 28, 1992.
The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for one additional twelve-month periods."
2.
Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagra,h a. is revised to raise the estimated total cost of the contract for performance of the third option year and shall read as follows:
"a. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for performance of the base year and the first, second, and third option years will be $17,425,118.59 of which the sum of 516,323,753.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $1,101,365.09 represents the fixed fee."
3.
Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph c. is revised to increase the sum of $13,530,211.59 by 5224,534.00 to 513,754,745.59 and shall read as follows:
"c. The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $13,754,745.59."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
