While attempting to hook up the heater (per routine __

storage maintenance procedures) for a steam inlet valve motor operator in the RCIC system TVA discovered the vendor (Reliance Inc.) omitted the subject heater.

TVA checked three other similar Reliance valve motors and found them complete with heater units. A written report is due 7/18/8Q 5
