The staff has reviewed the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law submitted by the parties and herewith submits its proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Since the staff agrees with a sub-stantial portion of the applicant's proposed findings and conclusions, the staff has not undertaken to repeat the findings with which it agrees.
Rather, it submits as staff findings and conclusions substitutes for those findings and conclusions of the applicant with which the staff disagrees.
These are set forth in the attached "AEC Regulatory Staff's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as Modifications to Ap-plicant's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in the Form of an Initial Decision".
By agreement of the parties and the Boa-d, the time for the filing of staff proposed findings and conclusions was c;: tended until today.
