- Plan. .These changes resulted from corrective actions as a result of the-March 1, 1989 evaluated emergency preparedness exercise and from a routine review.' These changes have been determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the approved Emergency Plan. The Plan continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50.47(b) and 10CFR50 Appendix E.
