Dear Mrs. Buchorn:
/u Thank you very much for calling my secretary on Tuesday morning, May 6.
I understand, through her, that you are agreeable on giving your deposition on June 17th in Mr. Sinkin's office in San Antonio.
I would anticipate that we would.have about twenty people attending these depositions.
I~ assume that Mr. Sinkin's conference room will accommodate a crowd of this size, and if not, I would appreciate his letting me know so we can make some suitable arrangements convenient to all well in advance of the' depositions and notify all interested parties.
The current plan is that we will take your deposi-tion on Tuesday, June 17 and Mr. Sinkin's on June 18.
Both of these will be taken in San Antonio.
On June 19, 20, and 21, we will take Mr. Swayze's deposition.
It is understood that Mr. Swayze's deposition may not actually take three days, but he has set aside three days for us for that purpose.
The depositions will be reported by the firm of International Court Reporters, and by copy of this letter, I am requesting that they make certain that they are prepared to report these depositions for us and give us expedited, although not daily, service in connection with these depositions.
In other words, Intern'ational Court Reporters will commit to-produce a transcript very shortly after the depositions are taken, but not on a " daily copy" basis.

Mrs. Peggy Buchorn May 8, 1980 I very much appreciate your cooperation and that of Mr. Sinkin and Mr. Swayze and all other interested parties in arranging for these depositions.
Very sincerely yours,
