Description of Occurrence:

1 Samples taken from the in.ake and discharge canals and at point 20 on 10/20/75 indicate that chemical concentrations of three (3) parameters increased across the plant in excess of ETS limits:

The-neutralizing tank which contains water impurities remaining after
