The attached report, prepared by Gilbert Associates, Inc., for Florida Power Corporation, is in response to IE Bulletin 79-018, Items 4 and 5.

Although this report is complete within the scope of the Bulletin, there are many " Outstanding Items" in Sections 2 and 3, which will be further evaluated as the qualification information becomes available.

At that time, the component evaluation pages will be revised and resubmitted accordingly.
