50-312 License No. OPR-54 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on January 11-13, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities deviated from commitments made in the FSAR as indicated below:

Contrary to your comitment as part of the Posteriticality Test Program in Section 13.5, Item 8, of the FSAR, the Turbine / Reactor Trip Test at 100% power has not been conducted, nor has a schedule been established for conducting this test.
