Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), the General Electric Company Vallecitos Nuclear Center (GE-VNC) submits herewith six (6) copies of revised pages to supersede pages of the same name in reference 2, above.
The enclosed revised pages include changes as discussed in reference 3, above, and are summarized as follows:
1.
Modified Section 1.0 to be specific as to facility addressed by plan, i.e., General Electric Test Reactor.
2.
Removed inappropriate section 1.2 titled, EXCEPTIONS.
3.
Defined and modified various acronyms to conform with current conditions.
4.
Modified terms to preclude conflict with definitions presented in NRC regulations, i.e., changed " access area" to read " security area."
5.
Modified reference to NRC regulation to be consistent with recent regulatory numbering changes.
6.
Modified organizational charts to reflect recent changes.
7.
Removed superfluous statement regarding employee reports of theft to GETR Shift Supervisor.

s GEN ER AL $ ELECTRIC Mr. Harold R. Denton February 11, 1980 All revised pages have been modified to include the date of change. Additionally, specific areas of change are identifiable by a "bar/ asterisk" appearing in the left-hand margin; figures excepted.
In implementing the reported changes, as set forth on the revised pages, it is our determination along with that of Mr. Carlson of your staff (ref. 3, above) that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Program.
As the enclosures contain information concerning the safeguarding of SNM, GE-VNC requests that they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
