This is to confirm the arrangements made with you on January 11, 1980, relating to a meeting between members of your staff and members of the NRC staff.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss pertinent topics contained in an NRC document entitled, " Action Plans For Implementing Recot=endations Of ne President's Commission and Other Studies Of TMI-2 Accident" (Action Plan),

The topics to be discussed are these which relate to the near term action discussed in the Action Plan and their impact on overall plant safety.
