Activities corducted under applicable criteria of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71 to be executed with regard to transportation packages by October 1, 197o, C.
The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurenent, mainten-ance, repair, and use. All other shippir,g cctivities (i.e., design, fabricat ion, asseubly, testing, and r:odification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cations f ror; package suppliers that these activities tere conducted in accordance t!ith an iaC-approved (/s p rog ram.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities r:eet the requirements of 10 CFR {71.51.
