This information covers various modifications to the previously approved (PSAR) prestressing system; the purpose of these modifications, initiated by the applicant, is to facilitate procurteent. The applicant has presented the following information:

(a) A list of standards and specifications satisfied oy the prestressing system.

(b) Results of static and dynamic qualification tests performed on various samples of the prestressing system.

(c) An approximate stress analysis of selected ccmconents of the system.

The applicant's conclusion is that the edified system is similar to the system previous'v approved and that it can perfom its function without impairing the public safety. We concur with the applicant's conclusion.
