E-27 AMENDMENT NO. 10 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-27, between West Virginia University, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November 30, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows-
