Certain of the responses to first-round questions as received to-date are ince plete, unresponsive or rely en topical reports which have not been submitted and which presumably will not be submitted by B&*4 cn a ti=e scale compatible with the response schedule which the applicants prcvided on October 13, 1974 Pri=ary concern lies in the Materials Engineering areas of presrure-te=perature limits, fracture toughness limit, vessel caterial surveillance and pu=p flysheel integrity.
Discussion with the applicants ' representatives has not been productive en these items, f
