Revised procedure to remove the Emergency Operations Center Lead Cascade Construction and Operations Advisor position and other administrative changes.
Reason for the Change:
The Lead Cascade Construction and Operations Advisor position was, created to provide the Emergency Response cadre with an individual knowledgeable of the status of Lead Cascade and ACP construction activities, as well as the status of operations at the Lead Cascade.
At this time, the Lead Cascade has transitioned from a construction and operational status to decommissioning. A significant event that would warrant coordination by a Centrus employee positioned in the EOC are not likely. Furthermore, the on-site Balance of Plant Supervisor is best equipped to understand the plant conditions at any particular time. Based on these facts, eliminating the Lead Cascade Construction and Operations Advisor position from the EOC cadre would not have a negative impact on emergency response actions.

The. tank consists of two'intemal 500 gallon tanks; one for gasoline and one for diesel fuel. The installation was in accordance with SOW-2518-0011, Rev. 0 and its supporting documentation. The*.

The temporary satellite fuel station is used to provide fueling services to site located equipment and vehicles that support ACP activities. This
- service eliminated ACP dependence on the GDP/FBP fuel pumps and provided the ACP with a more cost efficient method for fueling/resfueling support equipment and vehicles.

Title:
o Delease of the X-112 Data Processing Facility Description of Change:
Centrus Energy Corp. is deleasing the X-112 facility, which includes returning the functional and maintenance requirements to the DOE.
Reason for the Change:
In 2016, DOE discontinued funding of the Lead Cascade and Centrus announced that the Lead Cascade would be shut down and the NRG Materials License (SNM-7003) for the Lead Cascade terminated.
Since the NRG Materials License (SNM-2011) for the ACP is not currently being fully implemented, cla13sified and/or-contaminated equipment was removed from the facilities in which the Lead Cascade was operating in order to terminate the NRG Materials License (SNM-7003) for the Lead Cascade. Presently, there are no plans for Centrus to continue with the construction of the ACP; therefore, there is no need*to maintain the facilities that were intended to support ACP operations.
