This document supersedes in its entirety the August 22, 2018 document referenced above. The contents are unchanged from the earlier document apart from the removal of all notation on the cover letter and enclosure cover page regarding 10 CFR 2.390 status. Review per the guidelines of NRG RIS 2015-17 (referenced above) found the cover letter and enclosure do not contain security-related information and should not be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390.
The transmittal includes a 50.54Q Screening and Evaluation, which summarizes the changes to the Emergency Plan Sections B, G, Hand Appendix 6. The changes all relate to relocation of the DAEC Joint Information Center from the J1h to the 15th floor of the Alliant Tower, Cedar Rapids, IA. All referenced E Plan Section changes were issued 08/01/18.
