OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR DECEMBER, 1988 The plant escalated to 93% power and was holding at this power level to allow evaluation and monitoring of core peaking factors.

The plant escalated to approximately 97% power and remained at this power level through the end of the reporting period for further evaluation and monitoring of core peaking' factors.
