Suermann of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, October 2, 1985, at the Region III office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The meeting will be an Enforcement Conference to review events involving the failure to perform certain Technical Specification required surveillances.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
