LICENSEE EVENT REPORT PAGE TVO Additional Event Descri tion and Probable'6onse uences During a routine system walk through a shift technical advisor found the East fire pump to be inoperable. Subsequent investigation revealed that the pump may have been inoperable for 17 days due to it's power supply breaker not having been closed following periodic maintenance on the breaker. The breaker was closed and the pump declared operable on 01/04/80. Xnoperability of a Tire pump in excess of 7 days is reportable pursuant to TS 3.14.2.b.l. The redundant fire pump was operable throughout this period. Similar occurrences have been reported on LER 250-79-001, LER 250-79-024, and LER 250-79-027
