As requested by our Project Manager, Mr, Tim Colburn, we are submitting this letter to inform you that the motor-operated valve (MOV) program description recommended by Generic Letter 89-10 has been completed and is available on-site for your review. A submittal will follow by February 28, 1991, detailing differences between this program and our original commitments to Generic Letter 89-10, which were submitted in our letter AEP:NRC:0966F dated December 29,

1989, By May 31, a revised design basis review and test sche'dule will also be available on-site, This revised schedule will reflect the testing performed during the last Unit 2 refueling outage and the present Unit 1 refueling outage.
