Reference (4) discusses one remaining Control Room Human Engineering Discrepancy (HED) corrective action to be completed.
As of the date of this letter, HED 128, Change Out Amber and Green Annunciator Windows has been completed.
The completion of this HED closes out all the remaining HED's to be completed prior to PVNGS Unit 1 Fuel Load.
