Dear BRUCE HOKANSON,
This letter is to confirm that we have received your response to the registration package for GL-53793-21.
We have completed processing your annual registration of certain general licensed devices. Please note that no further action is required from you at this time. If you transfer any general licensed device, change address and/or ownership you must notify the NRC in writing within 30 days of any transfer of general licensed device transfer, change in address and/or ownership.
Also, effective October 30, 2017, please note that the NRC will no longer be sending acknowledgment letters as part of the general license registration process. General licensees will be contacted by the NRC if further action is required regarding their general license registration(s).
You may refer to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 10 CFR 31.5 or 31.7 as applicable, for additional regulatory requirements that you must meet as a General Licensee.
