Revised Emergency Plan (E-Plan) and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP)
Pursuant to 10 O~R 50.54(q)(5) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), submits a revision to the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plan (PINGP) Emergency Plan (E-Plan) and Implementing Procedures (EPIP) as Enclosure 1. A summary of the changes is provided in Enclosure 2.
The changes to E-Plan and EPIPs have been reviewed and do not result in a reduction in effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
