Chairman Committee to Review Generic Requirements CRGR MEMBER COMMENTS ON THE MINUTES OF CRGR MEETING NUMBER 50 The CRGR Operating Procedures described in Section IY.D of the CRGR Charter dated June 16, 1983, require that, prior to issuance, the minutes for CRGR meetings be circulated to all CRGR members for comment in writing to assure that the minutes accurately reflect his views.
.The procedures also require
'hat comments which are received from CRGR members within an allotted period be maintained as part of the meeting minutes.
In this regard, after issuing the Minutes of CRGR Meeting No. 50, I received the enclosed comments from a CRGR member concerning the minutes.
Although the time allotted for CRGR member'comment has expired and the minutes have been issued, the enclosed comments should be considered part of the Minutes of CRGR Meeting No. 50.
