Revision 3 of the Maine Yankee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Physical Security Plan In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submissions,"-and 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company submits Revision 3 to the Maine Yankee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Physical Security Plan (Enclosure).

The Physical Security Plan was revised to reflect the change to the title of the document. The title change is consistent with License Amendment No. 173 issued to DPR-36 on June 26, 2013 (Reference 1). There are no other changes to the document.

The Enclosure contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure as required by 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements."

There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
