- Ganesh, I marked up your write-up (attached). If Fermi had submitted the detailed analysis for loss of preload, would you approve the relief request? I thought the SE of BWRVIP-25 would still require the inspections even if they had done the analysis - the only way you get out of inspection is to install wedges.
